Jamie is a board-certified Physician Assistant (PA) specializing in cosmetic surgery and aesthetic medicine. She graduated from Rush University's PA Program in Chicago, Illinois, with awards in Academic Excellence and Distinguished Leadership. During her time at Rush, she completed rotations in various internal medicine and surgical sub-specialties. She also completed her advanced third year clinical training in general surgery, specializing in plastic surgery and procedural dermatology.
Jamie received her Bachelor of Science degree in Physiological Biology from the College of William and Mary in Virginia, where she studied pre-medicine, business administration, and art/art history. Jamie has always had a passion for art, and has received awards for her paintings. She strives to incorporate creativity and her aesthetic eye into her daily work, and believes that aesthetic medicine is an art-form that does not have a "one size fits all" solution. She believes every patient needs to be assessed with this approach in order to design customized treatments that will ensure the safest and most desired outcomes.
Jamie is currently licensed to practice in the state of Illinois, but was born and raised in New York. While in NYC, she worked for renowned dermatologist, Dr. Doris Day which solidified her love for skin care, and established the basis for how she practices today. Her combined experience in general and plastic surgery, as well as her background in dermatology, led her to a career at Elysium SurgiSpa where she provides an array of medical and cosmetic services.
Jamie's passion as a provider is partnering with her patients to help achieve their aesthetic and skin care goals through a combined medical and cosmetic approach. She specializes in achieving natural results by restoring facial symmetry and enhancing natural beauty while simultaneously building a healthy skin foundation to ensure lasting results. With this method, she helps her patients look and feel their best at any age.
